This policy covers the Atlassian Marketplace apps published by HLP Labs ("we", "us"), currently Checklists and Merge. It explains what data the apps handle and where that data lives.
Our apps run entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. They do not send your data to any server we operate or to any third party. We do not see, collect, sell or share your data.
The apps read and write only the Jira data needed to do their job, using the permissions shown when you install them:
All data stays inside your Atlassian cloud site, either in Jira itself or in Forge storage, which Atlassian hosts. It is subject to Atlassian's privacy policy and data residency settings. The apps make no outbound network calls outside Atlassian ("Runs on Atlassian").
We do not collect personal data through the apps. We don't use analytics, tracking or cookies in them. Atlassian gives Marketplace partners licensing and installation information, such as site URL, license type and contact details for paid licenses. We use it only to manage licenses and provide support.
If you email us for support, we keep your email and what you send us for as long as we need it to help you.
Data the apps store is removed according to Atlassian's Forge data lifecycle after you uninstall the app. You can also delete checklist data by removing the checklist items, and merge history by contacting us. To ask about or delete any support correspondence, email us.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data. Because the apps' data lives in your Atlassian site, most requests are handled by your site administrator or Atlassian. For anything we hold, such as support emails, contact us.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date.
